At Dub Medical Equipment (DME), we stand behind the quality of our medical supplies. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Our policy ensures a fair, transparent, and efficient process for returns and refunds.
2. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
A. Eligible Products
- Unused, undamaged items in original packaging.
- Defective or incorrect products (reported within 7 days of delivery).
- Bulk orders (subject to restocking fees—see Section 4).
B. Non-Eligible Products
- Customized medical equipment (e.g., modified wheelchairs, specialized surgical tools).
- Disposable/sterile items (e.g., gloves, syringes) once opened.
- Products damaged due to misuse (e.g., improper handling).
3. Return Process
Step 1: Initiate a Return
- Contact our support team at returns@dme.com or call +1 (555) 123-4567 within 28 days of delivery.
- Provide your order number and reason for return.
Step 2: Return Authorization
- We’ll issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Ship the item back to our warehouse (address provided in your RMA email).
Step 3: Refund Processing
- Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 10 business days.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Special Cases
A. Bulk Orders & Distributors
- Returns for bulk orders may incur a 15% restocking fee.
- Contact your account manager for large-scale returns.
B. Defective or Incorrect Items
- We cover return shipping costs for defective products.
- Replacements are shipped priority to minimize downtime.
C. International Returns
- Customers outside the UAE/Dubai are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Customs duties are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges
We accept exchanges for eligible products within the 28-day return period. If you wish to exchange for a different model, color, or accessory, our team will assist you in confirming availability. Exchange orders will be processed after the original item is received and inspected.
